We recommend washing all plants prior to adding them to your tank. We regularly perform quality checks prior to shipping plants! However, we cannot guarantee our plants to be snail-free, NO ONE can. If you do not want to risk snails, please consider purchasing tissue culture aquatic plants as this is the only 100% guaranteed way to ensure pest free plants or quarantining and cleaning new plants prior to adding them in your aquarium. When dealing with aquatic plants, we ask that you remember that snails are a natural part of the environment (:
